Sincere Education is a specialist education recruitment agency working in partnership with schools across London, Essex and Hertfordshire to seek out and place teaching and support staff.
THE ROLE:
We are looking to appoint a hardworking, dynamic and committed individual to join the young and energetic team in our North London office; helping them to resource and clear suitable candidates for our client schools.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
– Searching for candidates via on-line databases
– Advertising vacancies through various job boards and social media
– Registering and interviewing new applicants
– Ensuring candidates are fully vetted and compliant
– Preparation and distribution of marketing materials
– Office administration duties
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
– At least one years experience in a resourcing, compliance or sales role
– The confidence and motivation to work independently
– Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Excellent attention to detail
– The ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
– A good sense of humour
